Judgement Brand and surrounding enemies
within 7x7 cells around the target.
Judgement Brand will be removed from all
targets afterwards. Increases number of hits
up to 3 times depending on remaining Spirit
Spheres. Damage additionally increases
according to the caster's Base Level and POW.
