Use the Register page in the control panel and verify your email address. You can also register with Google; direct in-game account creation is not available.

No: SinaRO uses a web client and requires no installation. After email verification, sign in from your browser and open Play Now; during the beta, access may also require staff approval.

The values shown on the home page are the provisional rates for the initial testing beta. They will be reviewed based on testing, surveys and community feedback and are not necessarily the rates for the official launch. The beta will definitely end with a complete data wipe.

Open Forgot your password? from the login page, enter your email or username, and request a reset link. If the email does not arrive, check spam and then contact support.

Use the control panel database sections to search items, monsters, maps, NPCs, quests, skills and classes from the navigation menu or the Explore the World links on the home page.

For a malfunction, use Bug Reports and include where it happened and how to reproduce it; screenshots can be attached. For misconduct or account problems, use the Contact Us form.

Open Public Chat and choose the Italian or English room. Writing requires a verified account and acceptance of the chat rules; messages are rate-limited, automatically moderated and may be reviewed by staff.

After registering, verify your email. If you chose to join the beta, your account remains waiting until staff approves it; the waiting page shows your status and available options.

From one of your offline character’s detail pages, open Create a Guild. You need 1 Emperium and a unique name of up to 24 characters; no zeny or minimum level is required. After creation, manage the guild from the control panel and upload its emblem from the dedicated section.

Open Chat in the control panel and look for an account with the verified GM badge among the available users; you can write only while that GM has chat open. For account issues, reports or requests that cannot wait for a GM’s availability, use Contact Us; GM applications and their conversation are handled exclusively in the control panel.
