No. The game runs directly in your browser through a web client - just log in with your account and start playing, no installation required.
Current Base EXP, Job EXP, drop rates and other server settings are shown live on the home page.

The control panel includes full databases for items, monsters, maps, NPCs and quests - you can find them from the navigation menu or the "Explore the World" section on the home page.
