Most of the spells for weather changing are included in them and they require a high level of comprehension. The orders of this world are not simply aligned. It is almost impossible to observe the smallest and detailed part of them and completely understand their structure However, it is not that difficult to repeat the spells that are already made. This thick spell book is for that purpose.
